Copy it from Titan Email Control Panel (see below)

Host: Copy the DNS Host Name shown with your DKIM record in the Titan Email Control Panel.

Where to find your value

In the Titan Email Control Panel, open the Email Reputation tab (or click the Improve Email Reputation banner). Under Add DKIM record, click Add and copy the TXT value.

  • After adding the record, select I've added TXT records in my DNS control panel and click Verify changes.
  • Titan doesn't allow more than one DKIM TXT value under the same selector.
  • A new DKIM record can take up to 6 hours to propagate.

In Name.com

  1. Select TXT from the Type drop-down menu.
  2. Enter a Host only if your provider gives one, and paste the value in Answer.
  3. Click Add Record.

Add the DMARC record (recommended)

Type
TXT

  2. Enter a Host only if your provider gives one, and paste the value in Answer.
  3. Click Add Record.

Check your setup

Once the records are saved, run a live check. We look up your domain in public DNS and tell you what is right, missing or wrong, with the fix in Name.com’s words.

We only read public DNS records. Nothing is stored.

Common mistakes with Titan Email on Name.com

Adding records where DNS isn't managed

Records must go in the authoritative DNS zone, which may be different from where you bought the domain.

Two DKIM values under one selector

Titan rejects more than one TXT value under the same DKIM selector. Paste exactly the value from the control panel.

Name.com: Never leave a CNAME Host blank

A CNAME without a Host can overwrite other records such as MX and break email.

Titan Email on Name.com: questions

Where do I add Titan Email DNS records in Name.com?

Log in to name.com and click MY DOMAINS (top right). Click your domain, then Manage DNS Records. Add each record there, one at a time.

What goes in the Host field at Name.com?

Leave it empty for records on your bare domain, such as MX and SPF. For the others, enter only the part before your domain, for example _dmarc. Name.com adds your domain automatically.

Do I need to delete my existing MX records at Name.com?

Yes. Sending servers pick an MX record by its priority (lowest number first) and fall back to the others, so a leftover MX record can receive some or all of your mail. Keep only the Titan Email MX records and delete the rest.

How long until Titan Email works on Name.com?

Titan says new MX and TXT records can take up to 6 hours to go live. Your domain shows as Verified in the Titan control panel once they do.
